Our Training continues...

If you are new and wanting to join us, this Monday February 22nd,
NOW is a great time to start.

Our Team is ready to help you reach your goals. We have already had weight goals being reached, Personal Records being set and so many reaching their overall health gains.

Consistency over Intensity, Recovery over Lack of Production. We are just getting on a roll for 2021.

Classes are 5:00-6:00 am & 6:00-7:00 am, Monday-Thursday and hosted at Gautier High School.

Check to see if your Insurance Provider offers reimbursements for you to participate in exercise programs that consist of cardiovascular training, yoga, weight training, and weight maintenance, most do !!!!

I have been involved in sports for over 3 decades. As a player, coach, parent, and varsity official. I've seen tons of coaches. Both good and bad. Then there are those that aren't just a coach, but a motivator. This is the type of man Coach Purvis is and will always be.
Coach Purvis understands that true coaching requires relationship building. When others try to bully you to motivate, Purvis lifts you up. He pushes you to believe in yourself. He gives spiritual quotes. Gets you to believe in yourself. Puts his arm around you when you are down. Celebrates your accomplishments. Believes in you. Doesn't tear you down.
I took his bootcamp in 2019. Was recently separated and depressed. Came in and could barely do burpees and only bear crawl for 5 yards. Yet I competed...not with others but myself. Coach would stay right with me. I never quit a workout. Everyone would be done. I would complete it. At the end, I could bear crawl 50 yards, shaved almost 2 minutes on my mile, and could do multiple burpees. I even won multiple racing challenges.
There is no one I would recommend any more so than Coach Purvis. He is not my coach, he is my Brother. I love him and his family.

Having participated in other training programs no other is as transformative as one led by Coach Purvis. Over the course of a twelve week period, I was able to assess and redefine who I wanted to be through a synergized team-first fitness regimen. I discovered that improving physical health is not always an individual task but one of a group of many who through its leader (Coach Purvis) encourages one another to push themselves beyond their own perceptive limits. I feel that under his leadership one not only improves their physical health but strengthens group task abilities as well. I would highly recommend Coach Purvis's services to those who are looking to reestablish and or fortify a sense of personal confidence to their lives.

Coach Purvis was my coach during a short stint (12 weeks) of “boot camp” which found me 4 days a week at a football field in the fall. With his direction and motivating warm up exercises - we moved on to football drills which for this gal was def out of my comfort zone -but I did it cause I had his great firmness and direction and kindness yes kindness to move quickly and smoothly thru the exercises. I found I liked it immensely and at the end discovered I would miss see Coach Purvis- his smiling face and wacky sense of humor every week. Waking up at 5am was not something I enjoyed and either was running the track but I did improve my time and form. At the end he congratulated me for “stepping out of my comfort zone” and I’m anxiously awaiting the announcement for his next “session”. Where will he turn up next?
