Fitness level does not matter, whether you have done nothing in decades or you ran a 1/2 marathon last week. You are with a family that is excited about you and ready to encourage you. You will be grouped with people that are your same fitness level.
One of the things we hear so much is how fast your training hour goes.
Bring water and a towel.
