The Workouts
Consist of the same training that we have used in our development of Professional Athletes, Collegiate Athletes, and High School Athletes for over 31 years.

The sessions are a full body workout consisting of Yoga, Stretching, Dynamic Flexibility, Athletic Drills, Weights, Cardiovascular work, and more. We utilize the game field, track, stadium, weight room, and gymnasium, so you will be moving the entire hour.

The Time
Sessions are Monday through Thursday
with the first group at 5:00 a.m. and the second group at 6:00 a.m. We ask that everyone be early and respect your team mates as it is their time as well.

Monday - Thursday
Group I   5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Group II  6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Gautier- Gautier High School

From the many years of coaching, we use the parameters of three measurements.
Cold, Wind, Wet. Two of the three and we are indoors. If we have a workout scheduled, we workout.

We use a line coded system that groups you with people of your same athletic capability.

If you have deficiencies or limitations, we will show alternative movements to help you progress. Understand, our job is to progress you further than you were yesterday.

We take each person to their personal best.
90% of our team come from word of mouth. We train  people from all backgrounds including military personnel, government service, teachers, lawyers, doctors, nurses, business owners, secretaries, you name it!

Team members work together, providing motivation and encouragement to achieve success.
